Brendon O'Sullivan: Director
As well as the creating founder of companies P2B and Bosweb systems, Brendon is an experienced web consultant, formerly contracting his services to companies such as IBM, Telstra and Lend Lease.
Brendon is responsible for providing direction for the company, and oversees all research and development activities. Prior to 1999 Brendon worked for BHP Information Technology while attending Wollongong University. He has been at the forefront of internet technology since 1995 and eCommerce since 1997. In 1997/98 he worked on the development of BHP's first web-based procurement system and has since worked on numerous internet projects.
Peter Reardon: Director
Peter has over 20 years experience in all aspects of mechanised underground metalliferous mining including Mine Manager for large mining group and has developed and successfully implemented practical risk management systems at all levels of operations in the heavy industry sector. He has developed and implemented safety management plans for organisations to meet/exceed statutory requirements including Major Hazard / Catastrophic Risk Programs. Lead investigator and emergency/recovery advisor for 4 fatal incidents and over 30 other significant incidents and has led approximately 450 general incident analyses throughout his career. Recent projects have included assignments in all states of Australia, Papua New Guinea and Indonesia. Peter is a co founder of both P2B and SP Solutions.
Peter Standish: Director
Peter has an engineering background and has specialised in risk for the last 10 years. Peter has a doctorate and has worked in line and management roles in both the public and private sectors over the last 25 years. Peter consults broadly to industry - facilitating team sessions, analysing risks and potential improvement opportunities, whilst providing pragmatic input on the developing of the P2B software suite. Peter is both co founder of SP Solutions and P2B.
Chris Chapman: Accredited Reseller
Chris Chapman has over 30 years of Risk and Safety Management experience in the oil and gas, onshore major hazards, mining and manufacturing industries. He has gained extensive technical, management & project experience having held both management & technical engineering posts such as management of major projects, Company/ Department Manager and Project Director/ Project Manager.
Chris has been involved with the Risk & Safety Engineering from Conceptual/ Option selection phases through FEED to Detailed Engineering, Follow on Engineering, commissioning and handover of Minerals processing, Chemical plants, Aviation facilities, 25 offshore platforms ranging from Gas Storage facilities, Condeep Structures, Oil producers, Gas and Condensate producers, FPSO's to Unmanned Gas facilities, also onshore LNG Facilities. He has worked in the Australia, UK, Norway, Canada, Singapore, New Zealand, Qatar and UAE. Chris attained the level of ONC in Structural Engineering.
As an accredited reseller Chris is keen to see the P2B solution achieve successful and effective business management across a range of businesses and industries.
Susie Horsfield: Partner Manager
Susie recently joined the P2B team after 5 years acting as a Risk Management and Business Systems Consultant with SP Solutions. Susie has a degree in Economics Social Science and is working towards gaining qualifications in Marketing. Susie specialises in business system set up, training, Solution Provider support, System Audits and coordinating the overall image of P2B.
Evan Trimboli: Solutions Architect
Evan is a Microsoft Certified Application Developer (ASP.NET), Microsoft Certified Application Developer and is responsible for leading the technical direction of the company. This includes overseeing development and ensuring that P2B is providing the best technological solutions for its customers. Evan has a strong focus on usability and rich internet applications, driving P2B software to provide an effortless, ?desktop style? user experience. Evan is currently studying a bachelor of software engineering at the University of NSW and is an active community member and contributor to the ExtJS support team.
