Overview Dashboard: Users are able to customise their own portal layout - the entrance to your organization - suited to their individual information needs and interests using an extensive library of widgets. Widgets include drag and drop feature, summaries of information fed from within portal applications, information feeds from external sources such as RSS feeds, links and graphical representations of high level information summaries including the ability to customise.

Information Management: Users within the system can hold open discussions via forums and surveys. A central calendar captures all events including items from within sections of applications (such as Workflow Management). Client Relationship Management empowers the organisation to maintain client records and interaction.
Collaborative Content: Announcements, news and statistics can be relayed via an internal Content Management System. Features include audited content publisher, layout manager, information push/pull, statistics, RSS feeds and Power Search.
Document Management: Link all disparate data sets to bring together all information within the portal (notifies the user of 'linkage' via popup notification system). A contact manager lists all users, their details and roles, and their responsibilities within the organisation's system. A comprehensive document management system organises internal and external documents including all files types and links to URL's.
Online Forms Management: Form (Data Input) and Report Creator allows users to create internal system forms which can then be exported to Microsoft documents such as Word & Excel (and allow for external administration of documents and pull data from those forms back into the portal database).
Workflow Management: Prioritise workflow, create, manage and map processes and track the controls and actions that manage projects.
Risk Management: This extensive business risk management tool includes; Compliance and Performance Management, KPI Management & Metrics Creation Toolkit, Risk Assessment, (including Risk, Hazard,Aspects/Impacts), Asset & Equipment Registers, "Bow Tie" generation, Auditing and Inspections, Business Continuity, Disaster Management and Recovery.
